MEPs cast their final votes on


  • the EU4Health Programme, part of the EU Recovery Plan, which aims to tackle cross-border health threats, making medicines available and affordable, and strengthening and rebuilding resilient health systems;

  • the Sustainable Investment Plan, which helps to allow a smooth transition to a carbon-neutral EU in 2050, reducing economic and ecological disparities between member states, boosting competitiveness and creating sustainable and high-quality jobs.

Results will be announced at 12.45.

The second voting session lasts from 14:00 to 15:15.

  • a resolution on the impact that national measures taken to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic have had on EU values. MEPs are set to say that some of these measures pose a “risk of abuse of power” and must be necessary, proportional, time-limited and subject to democratic scrutiny;



  • Parliament´s position on the InvestEU Programme, aiming to generate almost €700 billion in investments during 2021-2027 and bringing together the various EU financial instruments currently available. InvestEU will consist of the InvestEU Fund, the InvestEU Advisory Hub and the InvestEU Portal.

Results will be announced at 17:30.
